New Improwed Formulation of copper – based fungicide with the addition of the nanoparticles.
Special features which make it competitive
Cuprablau Z Ultra
NEW IMPROWED FORMULATION of copper based fungicide with the addition of the nanoparticles.
New formulation indicates a major opportunity to improve efficiency of both preventive and remedial treatments with lower application doses.
By switching to these new formulations, we could reduce the future input of copper compounds into agricultural environment and prolong the use of copper fungicides for plant protection purposes.
Combination of the particles in Cuprablau Z Ultra has been shown to have higher broad spectrum efficacy while minimising the copper residues left in the soil and ground water.
ADVENTAGES OF CUPRABLAU Z ULTRA
- The product tends to have better retention on plant surfaces and may have longer residuals which results in better protection
- Almost instant copper ion release due to nano sized copper oxychloride
- Level of maximum copper ion concentration is controlled by copper calcium oxychloride solubility product, which keeps the concentration under phyto-toxic level
- Effectively toxic to fungi but not to plants
- Low concentrations (0.2 to 0.25) % during the application process
- Effectively inhibits infections
- Low on residues and low environmental impacts
- The product does not cause any burns or phyto – toxicity on the surface of the leaves or to the crops.
- It is a product, which is not reported to cause resistance
- The pH of the spray solution maintains efficacy and crop safety
Formulation: Wettable Powder (WP), green to bluis green
Contains: 350 g / kg Copper (Cu)
Use
Cuprablau Z Ultra is a preventive contact fungicide used to control diseases of most important agricultural crops such as apples, grapevines, potatos, tomatos,...
Spectrum of activity
Cuprablau Z Ultra is a fungicide used to control the following diseases:
Vineyards:
- Downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola) - recommended concentration is 0.25 %.
Recommended treatment: for best results spray after the blooming phase - in warm climate, during the whole vegetation. At the same time it controls rot brenner (Pseudopeziza tracheiphila) and black rot (Guignardia bidwellii).
Orchards:
- Apple and pear scab (Venturia spp.), shot hole and drupes (Clasterosporium carpophilum), peach leaf-curl (Taphrina deformans), apple canker (Nectria galligena), collar rit (Phytophtora cactorum) and pear fire blight (Erwinia amylovora) - recommended concentration is 0.7 %.
Recommended treatment: first pre-spring spray in A - C phenophase, with recommended concentration of 0.7 %; second spray in C3 phase, with recommended concentration of 0.25%.
Hop:
- Downy mildew (Pseudoperonospora humuli) - recommended concentration is between 0.2 and
0.25 %.
Field crops and garden vegetables:
- Potato and tomato blight (Phytophtora infestans), onion blight (Peronospora destructor) - recommended dose is between 2 and 2.5 kg/ha. At the same time it controls tomato leaf and glume spots (Septoria lycopersici).
Pre – harvest interval
14 days for hop, potato and tomato (outdoor and in the greenhouse),
28 days for grapevine,
for fruit trees is ensured with the time of use.
Compatibility
Cuprablau Z Ultra is compatible with most commonly used fungicides and insecticides. The fungicide cannot be mixed with pesticides which cause acid reaction.
Phyto - toxicity
When used in recommended doses at recommended time Cuprablau Z Ultra does not cause any burns or phyto – toxicity to the crops.
Environment protection
When it is used, we have to make sure that it does not contaminate waterways, lakes, wells and water sources by spraying at least 20 metres away from them.
